Privacy policy
1. Adults only
Only adults 18 and over are registered in KW League. The league does not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.
2. What we collect
For players: name, date of birth, contact details, position, club and signed terms. For club contacts: name, email and phone. For visitors: basic analytics without advertising trackers.
3. Photos and names
Player photos are public only with a signed image release. Referee names and photos are public only with the referee’s consent. Without consent, initials are shown instead.
4. Club finances
Club finances are private to each club. The league sees only whether the league fee is paid. Financial information is never shown on public pages.
5. Who can see what
Club admins see their own club. League admins see registrations and fee status for every club. Access is controlled on the server for each role.
6. Keeping and deleting data
Registration records are kept for the season and two following seasons, then deleted. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data through the contact page.
