The Westheights park and school site in Kitchener has two soccer fields: a park field and a school soccer field, per the City's field list. Having both side by side gives groups some flexibility. Younger players often feel right at home training on a field they already know from school.
It's well suited to parents, school-age teams and neighbourhood families who want somewhere close for practice or a friendly match. Booking requests go through the City's field form, email or phone, with payment after confirmation. To give children regular, fun coaching, consider Waterloo City FC's Soccer School or a seasonal camp.
