On the University of Waterloo's North Campus, the Columbia Icefield (CIF) complex includes grass playing fields that are used for soccer. Counting Warrior Field, CIF has five playing fields in total, making it one of the larger soccer field clusters in Waterloo.
Its natural grass fields suit recreational teams, adult players and groups organizing a pickup game or practice on campus. Book through UW Athletics by online form or email at least one week in advance. Players who want a regular competitive outlet, or a structured workout, can find both in Waterloo City FC's adult leagues and SoccerFit sessions.
